The Keltic Lager compares to a Pilsner first brewed in in the mid 1800s with cool fermenting yeasts which was stored in caves. Due to the bottom fermenting rather than top fermenting as with Ales a clear golden beer was introduced and quickly became very popular. This traditional strong lager with no artificial additives is best served cold with a high foaminess to appreciate its perfect flavour.
